All Orders Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA)

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Weekend or holiday orders start processing the next business day.

2. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time + 10 extra days, contact us at support@kirakira-international.com – we’ll either reship or fully refund you, no questions asked.

3. Non-Deliverable Countries / Address

Issues If your address is incomplete or the package is returned to us, we’ll reach out for correction. Return shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
